Do not go to this store. The employees had no idea what they were doing and could not admit that. I spent over 2 hours trying to get my phone switched over. I ended up leaving with a nonfunctional phone. They would not give me my phone back so I could call to pay it off with the previous company to get it unlocked. I kept being told there was another way to do it but no one could successfully do it the “other way”. There now have been so many eSIM cards activated for my phone no one seems to know what to do. I will not be returning to this store, and am questioning whether or not to use us cellular as a whole.

While staff at this particular US Cellular store have occasionally been helpful, I would not recommend US Cellular to ANYONE. The company's larger customer relations service is horrendous. Worthy of a Saturday Night Live sketch horrendous. For years I have not been able to make calls from my home and have endured a myriad of mixed recommendations to fix it, none of which have worked. And I've dealt with many other issues I won't bore you with here. All to say, I have huge regrets going with US Cellular and its insufferable "customer service." If you considering cell service, think long and hard before you go with US Cellular. I wish I hadn't.

This phone store is the best in Peterborough. Abby and Will were very helpful and picked out a beautiful phone case just for me. Jan was helpful as well. I love my new iPhone 15! It’s super cute and didn’t take them long at all to help me and my family w our new phones. They are so nice so I’m no longer scared to go to Peterborough because there are good people who still work in the stores there. They’re the best!
