Clean, safe, monitored by cameras. Teri and the other woman in the office are amazing and do their very best to accommodate you and give excellent customer service.
My downside is the companies financial policy. It was such a a great deal moving in it fit my budget (I'm 72 on a fixed income) but a few months later...bang you're hit with a $60 increase in rent. 😳 Then when I left, I was there for only 1 week into the month, they couldn't prorate my rent. But, I'll be eagerly awaiting the return of my deposit to help offset the cost of moving into a new apartment.
All in all, I'd recommend them-- just check on your move out date time frame if you hope to get a little money back.

I was in a rush to leave my storage unit and failed to slide the metal clasp all the way in and put my lock on it. Unfortunately the lock was not properly in place because the lock holes were not lined up. I received a phone call from Extra Space Storage informing me of my error. I am so thankful at the attention to detail provided by Extra Space Storage for looking out for my property.

The facility is clean, well lit, with easy access to the front door from your car. Office staff is friendly and responsive. I have had a great experience using Extra Space Storage!

Before you send a bill you should check to make sure if we even have an active account. I contacted your office 3-4 days before we closed our account on 9/30/2023. Account was paid in full. In addition, we had been there for 10 years and you raise our rent by 110.00 a month. What is wrong with you?? Hence the reason we moved out.
