Signed up on May 2nd with Cesar for 2 cell phone lines and home internet. The bills I’m getting are much higher than we discussed.
I went in yesterday to let him know he said he didn’t know why that was and told me to call customer service. I told him I’d prefer if it could be handled in store because that’s where I signed up rather than having to call a call center. he said “I don’t know what the F**ck you want me to do, I can’t help you”
I said I’d like to speak to his manager. He told me his manager would be in the next day (today) at 10 am. So I come back at 10:15 this morning and it’s just Cesar there. He tells me his manager is no longer coming in today. After some unhelpful back and forth I asked Cesar for a print out of my Att agreement. He said “I don’t know what you want from me” I told him just a print out of our agreement and I’d be on my way. He said “I don’t get paid enough to deal with this” while pointing at the door.
While walking out I asked him when he expects his manager in. He said his manager Sebastian would be in tomorrow at 10 am.

UPDATE & Response to owner’s reply:
Since my review, I’ve gone to the rockingham mall location per Cesar’s instructions. They told me I had to have it handled at the store I signed up at. I have also called ATT customer service and went back to your store to see Sebastian last Sunday also but to no surprise Sebastian wasn’t there. I went in the following day and Cesar told me the district manager would be calling me that day to give me a bunch of credits. To no surprise I never received a call from anyone.
Literally every single thing I’ve been told from your employee has been false. I cannot continue going on these wild goose chases. I expect a call from the manager or just cancel my service.

There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to adequately describe John Sanchez. His customer service skills are impeccable, his knowledge and professionalism is beyond measurable, and his adeptness at handling multiple customers simultaneously is nothing short of amazing. I went into the store with two family members to transfer the existing service from existing phones and purchase new, reliable phones, John very astutely assessed our needs, recommended what was needed, worked through any glitches, and applied any appropriate discounts to make sure we received the best deal possible. He was patient, personable, unflappable, and most importantly, kind. I can only hope that ATT realizes what an asset he is.

I came into the store trying to understand the best way to transfer and add family members to my existing AT&T phone line. John helped me save money and explained things in a simple, precise and friendly manner! Because of this I ended up adding more lines than anticipated and purchased some great swag! He was just great!
