Buying a new car can be stressful, but Dean and Leticia were fantastic! There were 3 cars I wanted to see, the 2nd one I test drove was the winner.

Buying a new car for you or your family is one of the most stressful things anyone can do and I can’t say without a doubt Cathrine and Letty were both absolutely wonderful in helping us. Not only did they have the exact vehicle we were looking for but they went through and made sure everything was perfect before we picked up the car. Cathrine was very pleasant and very helpful and Letty made the financing less stressful in handling everything with such patience and ease. We can’t thank you enough for everything.
Definitely will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see them.

Long story short, we saved up 14,000 cash bought a 2016 explorer with low miles from them. They first tried to sell me the car not inspected and then after asking if it can get inspected he told me that it needed a lot of work done so we payed and later on came back to grab the car, it was inspected but it drove the same (tons of shakes, shimmies, and leaks) after 3 or 4 times of going back there for them to fix it still had the same issues still to this day the car is not fixed! I’m writing this to warn you to stay away from this service department as I am a mechanic I’m still to this day finding missing bolts and broken hardware from all the work that they attempted to do.

Purchased a $30,000 truck. Before I purchased it, I pointed out that it had a TPS light on, and was ensured that it would be taken care of when it was inspected by 3 different sales people. I was required to drive it to their garage in plaistow for inspection,which is over an hour away from my house. Even though I had an appointment, I waited over 4 hours in their showroom and they didn't fix the TPS light. They replaced a bad battery, inspected the truck and pushed a reset button over the odometer, which didn't fix the TPS light but reset the warning on the display. They then told me that the battery and TPS weren't covered by their warranty and that they were doing me a favor by replacing the battery. I had only driven the truck home prior to inspection. The TPS light is still on, and they refuse to do anything about it. Beware of false promises and deception. It took over 4 hours to inspect a newly purchased truck of theirs replace a battery and push a reset button that didn't fix the TPS light problem. I feel that for $30,000 my new to me truck should not have any warning lights on and felt like I was treated like I was not important because they already had my money

Not easy to buy a car if, like me, you avoid car salesmen. After three years of searching, I found the right car and the right salesperson in Dean Falle, at Car Five in Plaistow. No pressure, very helpful, and made sure my 2020 Explorer was 100% serviced and clean before it left the lot! The Car Five team was also very helpful in researching financing options as well, although I ended up going with my own. An all in all good experience, and very happy with the car!

Absolutely Worst Place to buy a vehicle. The truck I bought had a check engine light on a week after purchasing it. Had to pay to get it towed to local shop to have them fix it. No lemon law in NH so that’s how they are able to get away with this.Truck ended up blowing the fuel injectors out twice in the 10 months I owned it. Finally just bit the bullet and traded it in for a new one and lost a bunch of money.Just your typical run of the mill car salesman that just want to make a sale. as soon as you drive off the lot they could care less.100% don’t recommend
