There was a delivery issue with the carpeting, and once the issue was discovered, Hastings stepped up in a big way to ensure the materials were delivered and available to keep our job moving along on time. We also used a local mover on their recommendation who did a great job emptying the second floor, and then bringing all the furniture back, reassembling beds, etc, after the carpeting and painting was done. We put all the furniture in the garage during the week it took to coordinate everything. The Hastings crew was professional throughout, as were the movers. “I can't say enough about my experience with Universal Flooring and Carpets. First I'll start with the selection. I went there specifically for Mirage Hardwood flooring because they were one of only a couple of authorized dealers in the area. But from the looks of the show room I'm sure everyone would find what they were looking for. So much to choose from! The owner, Nor Bimbatti was a funny old school independent business owner who was extremely responsive and helpful with my installation concerns. I had a curved transition that needed to abutt tile and didn't want a transition strip like a couple of other installers suggested. He was confident his team could handle it and that they did. About the guys... There were 4 and they were EXCELLENT! Got the job done quickly and efficiently and we're great with all the furniture (3 rooms!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Universal Flooring.”
