My 14 year old Honda car key fob battery died and the key had fallen out (but I still had it in my possession). The dealership wanted over $400 to make a new fob. These guys got me set up with a new fob and new key in the fob for $45...and had it ready to go in 10 minutes. I'm so thankful for their exceptional customer service.”
“Accidentally dropped my S24 Ultra for a perfect bellyflop, and had a giant crack and jaggedness on the side of the screen. Went in for my appointment, the tech took one look at my phone and said:
"...you don't have a broken screen", then proceeded to pull off the cracked screen protector (which I hadn't tried removing because I was afraid it would further damage the screen).
