Have been going there for awhile now, I'm really not one for reviews, However, my recent visit was easy and convenient. I didn't have an appointment . The service advisor , Dave , was very professional. Took me right away. I was in and out in 40 minutes !! Reset my TPS sensor . I've always had a good experience !! Thanks

brought my car here to get an alignment, it’s on lowered suspension so i anticipate some adjustments not being perfect but when i looked at my sheet they had changed next to nothing. i go back in and ask why they had not completed my alignment (mind you i was charged 130 dollars and not told of any issues) and the tech said he would have to shift my subframe, which is standard procedure on my vehicle (confirmed by another shop near by) when i told them this the manager started getting super defensive and said that they don’t have to do that and i need to take it to a specialty shop and it’s going to cost me 300 bucks elsewhere. instead of feeding into an argument i just went outside, after about a minute he comes out to my car and told me i could get my money back but also still arguing about how the subframe isn’t part of an alignment, when in fact it is. in addition to all of this my steering wheel was still crooked and my car was pulling even harder to the right then it was before, and they had no intention of a refund or telling me they couldn’t complete the alignment until i called them out on their work. save yourself the headache of having the job done twice and just support a local shop, new shop has me covered for 140 bucks with tweaking my subframe.

Bought tires and they didn't have time to do my alignment. Whis is fine. Made an appointment for 7am. Dropoed car off at 7am. Was told it would be done by lunch. Called at lunch and was told it would be next car in. Went to pick up car at 330pm. Car was still sitting in original spot untouched? Thank for wasting my time and day for nothing to get done! Totally unprofessional. Wish I bought my tires elsewhere. Thanks for nothing

We always get superior service because we've been a customer since June, 2012 and have spent a boat load of money up there! We originally had 2 vehicles for many years until our son started driving in 2016 and his car started going up there. My car is just out of warranty so I haven't really needed many repairs on my car and my son has a brand new car so it's basically just oil changes for him for now. They've practically rebuilt my husband's truck! We always get great service and that's why we keep going back.
