Found some great deals on plants. Alot of varieties and found good deals on soil as well. Unfortunately, the plants on the sidewalk are dry and wilting.

Just had a VERY bad experience with the “manager” of the Plaistow Home Depot. I am handicapped with multiple spinal injuries and issues and have a state of New Hampshire issued Handicap Placard. While pulling into the Home Depot parking lot I looked for a handicap parking spot but unfortunately could not find an open one so I had to pull into a regular parking spot. As I was getting out of my vehicle a handicap parking spot opened up directly in front of my vehicle and as soon as the vehicle pulled away a truck pulled into the available HP spot. However, the truck did not have either a HP license plate or visible placard. I asked the driver if he a HP placard but ignored me and walked into Home Depot.
Not wanting to have a confrontation, I went into Home Depot and asked for the store manager. After about 15 minutes, a completely tattooed woman approached me and asked if I needed help. I told her that someone with out a HP placard or HP license plate parked in a HP spot and asked her if she or someone at the store could call the Plaistow Police Department and either ticket the vehicle or page the owner to move the vehicle. Now prior to the store manager meeting me, a store employee informed me that Home Depot will have the vehicle towed if the owner cannot provide evidence that they have a HP placard as they have done so in the past. However, the Home Depot manager, in a very condescending tone and manner told me that they don’t call the police and it is up to Home Depot customers to call the police and report the problem. She future said that Home Depot store does not enforce the handicap parking in THEIR parking area!!
Yup, not my job she said and told me that it is MY responsibility to call the police department and ask them to enforce the handicap parking spots. So I asked her whether Home Depot owns the parking lot and if so why doesn’t Home Depot enforce the handicap parking spots? She just smiled at me and turned around and walked away!!! Great customer service by Home Depot management for people with disabilities!!!
So, of course, I called the Plaistow Police Department and explained the situation and they promptly dispatched an officer who arrived in a few minutes. When the officer arrived I explained the situation and within a few minutes I heard someone on the store PA announce the police department was asking for the owner of the vehicle to come and move his vehicle and, guess what, by the time I finished checking out, which was 5 minutes later, the truck that was parked in the HP parking spot had been moved.
So, thank you to the police officer of the Plaistow police department for doing his job - professionally and politely I will add and helping a guy - a Veteran, who has multiple disabilities and handicaps but NO THANKS to the tattooed store “manager” of the Plaistow Home Depot who refused to help someone who kindly and politely asked for her assistance. As they say, “No Good Deed Goes Unpunished!!” eh Plaistow Home Depot???
So beware, Handicapped Home Depot shoppers, you WILL NOT find assistance by the management of the Plaistow Home Depot if someone parks without HP placards in their designated handicap parking spots!!! Nope, no help whatsoever!!

Getting help from employees is hard when it seems the people that are supposed to be knowledgeable don't really know what, let alone where the items are.

Been using this HD since I moved out on my own and never will again. The customer service is absolutely non existent now. Mostly from the young men here. Can’t or won’t help, socializing with each other while starring at me struggling. All but laughed at me for asking for wood being cut because their saw isn’t work…sorry I was so distracted by the 3 of you hanging out in front of the busted equipment to notice. Don’t worry guys, won’t be getting anymore dumb questions like “can you cut this” I’ll be avoiding this place this the plague.

I would have written a bad review because my shipment was extremely late amd messed up by the vendor, but Spencer in Customer Service bailed me out. He was on top of the problem, resolved it and even volunteered to go pick up and deliver my order himself. He showed what Customer Service should be all about. Need more like him.

Brady the store manager and all of his team are a pleasure to buy from. With many properties I take care of, I would one hundred percent recommend buying from them in Plaistow. Thanks for always helping me out with my many projects going on. You guys are great!
