“This is an excellent UPS store based on my experience. Lauren tries to keep everything moving even when the line is long. She personally packed up 40 pieces of antique stemware that I had to send out and made sure it was safe and sound. I have also used the notary here and they are very patient and helpful. 5 Stars!”

“Was in your store today after two days of trying to return my package to a company. I had no idea what was going on and the girl LEA behind the counter was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me. He customers service skills were the best I have ever seen and she got my package returned. When I thanked her and told her how awesome she was a woman behind me spoke up and said isn’t she so helpful and nice and I could not agree more. I do not do reviews but feel she needs to be noticed as a valuable employee. Keep up the good work Lea and thanks again you are the best!!!!!!”
