I've been in to have work done many times at Plaistow Midas shop.
Peter takes care of me, and they always have time to help. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and the comfortable waiting room has three large television sets. They even have a coffee bar. I'm sad I can only give him five stars, they deserve 10.

I have been bringing my trucks here for years. First, Ernie, now Peter always do a great job. Peter always explains everything, no nonsense and does his best to get my truck back to me as quickly as possible. The work is always done right the first time. I have never had an issue where I had to go back for anything. They sometimes even go above and beyond on the little things that sometimes I don't even expect. Fair prices, never anything hidden. I will never bring my truck anywhere else.

Midas in Plaistow got my business initially because it was the only facility I contacted in the MA/NH area (out of 7+? I lost count) whose employees (I dealt mainly with Peter & Brian) were not only willing to diagnose my new/used car’s laundry list of issues, but also repair what they could under warranty.
They will keep my business because of their professionalism, integrity, workmanship, kindness, and patience. I’d feel both comfortable and proud recommending them to family & friends. Already have.
*Bonus points for a spacious, clean office that doesn’t smell like garage fumes and a TV that literally only airs episodes of “Caught in Providence,” which is a wholesome, feel-good way to pass the time while you wait. 10 stars.

It strikes me as funny that Midas has notified me that I may be due an oil change.
I have no miles on my car since the last oil change they did on it, because I haven't spent the $1600.00 yet to repair the damage that 'coincidentally' appeared before I got my car home that day. I was thinking of requesting they reimburse me for the oil change that they already did on my car, that now just sits in storage.
They called it 'bad luck.'

It was so easy to schedule an appointment online. The appointment took the amount of time indicated and the staff was friendly and professional. I had a state inspection and scheduled about 24 hours in advance. Would definitely go back for service.
