Wipers went out during a thunder storm. Came here to replace them under the pretense they’d do it for me since I didn’t know how to and they advertise they do them for free. Guy told me there’s only 2 people in the store so he can’t..? Watched a video and did them myself right out front in the pouring rain while these employees sat inside at the register chit chatting. Yeah I’ll never be back to an O’reillys cause of this. Only positive thing I got out of this experience was learning to do windshield wipers so now I have no reason to come back here! Tossed membership card.

I love this store, specifically this location. The team is always friendly and each of them has knowledge in a variety of facets. From the top down, they are organized and efficient. Des is a master of her craft, she is extremely good at what she does. If the store doesn’t have it, or if she can’t get it, they don’t make it. If you’re in need of parts consistently, they will help you organize your existence and make sure you have what you need as soon as possible. As a business owner, this is reassurance that you rarely find in the commercial world, especially in the parts department. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t stop in to see how they can make your life easier and brighten your day. Thank you guys and gals…. As always!The HandS/EA team

Went in for a part was greeted by Josh asked me what I was looking for, wasn't in stock looked it up and ordered it online. Place was clean and employees were friendly. Good customer service!!

Came here on a quick trip just to pick up some car wash materials. There was only 1 guy behind the counter (Tony) and he was clearly frustrated at his co-workers who were either running late or not showing up at all. Tony profusely apologized for me having to wait for 10 minutes & I told him it was all good & I know the feeling as I have worked in the parts business for over 15 years myself. Get Tony some reliable help!

went to O'Reilly auto in plaistow nh and was helped by a very nice young lady she went above and beyond to assist me with a battery for my vehicleDespite it being cold and not nice outside, she took care of my vehicle . I am so thankful for Emily and will forever be a lifelong customer now!
