My car wouldn't start, so AAA towed it to the nearest AAA-certified shop, which happened to be Quick Stop Auto. Despite no prior appointment, they took my car to look at, and even provided me with a loaner to drive until it was fixed, with no charge, only asked that I refill any gas used. I was in and out within minutes.
They were communicative, providing me with an emailed report of my car's health and needed work as well as recommended items, then called to discuss the work and cost. They were honest and upfront, incredibly friendly at all times (shout out to Mike, Ben, and Eric, as well as whoever did the work behind the scenes), and got my car working exactly as they said they would. I will absolutely go to them again, though hopefully it'll be for planned maintenance and not a bad battery necessitating a tow next time!

I have been to One Stop previously. As always the service was excellent. Eric and his crew had my oil change and maintenance inspection done in no time. I am very satisfied with the service. I have recommended One Stop to all of my friends on social media.

Excellent customer service - needed a new set of tires and was debating between a couple sets online for winter conditions. Amanda was able to accommodate a reasonable price match with the discounts already offered through the Quick Stop website. Very pleased with their communication and quick scheduling of this tire replacement!

Great service and fabulous team!! I work across the street so Quick Stop Tire is easy and convenient. I’m able to drop off at 7:30 pick up at 5. The team here are honest and very friendly. Their pricing is great and their service top notch. They are very helpful with any question or concerns I have with my vehicle. Quick Stop is the only stop!! Keep it!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Had an unexpected tire valve break as I was putting air in my tires at Cumbies and was stuck with a flat. I had just had shoulder surgery and only had use of one arm so this made things much worse. I am currently on medical leave and a fixed income and could NOT afford a new tire or big expense. A nice gentleman put on my spare tire and I drove to quick stop just up the block. Quick stop took me right in with no wait to assess the tire and said the valve stem couldn’t be replaced without a whole new sensor for $73. It’s been a while since I needed tires and my current car is a Honda Ridgeway (much bigger tires than used to) , so that was a big expense from me right before the holidays with loss of my income due to medical leave. They did the job with a discount for $60 and checked & filled all the other tires for me as well. I’m so grateful there are such good compassionate companies out there that give such excellent cargo service! Highly recommend !

I wouldn't trust these guys to rotate my tires! They failed my inspection because they didn't think the wipers cleared the windshield well enough! I was not aware they had established an objective machine to measure such things, but they did try to upsell me blades and close to $900 worth of service they thought I needed. Go here only if you're crazy.
