“USA Storage in Plaistow was great. John was super helpful I was there for about 1 1/2 years no issues easy access, would recommend putting a tarp down on floor for condensation prior to putting furniture in, thats what we did, was a little but not bad,”

“Very new and clean inside. However my one main gripe is the auto sensing lights outside my storage locker. I had to assemble a shelf that took about 15 minutes to do and the lights around me kept going off after about 5 seconds of being on. Then they would flick back on 2 seconds later, then off 5 seconds later. It got really annoying real fast. I'm all for the smart sensor technology to come on when someone approaches, but for all that's good in the world, please STAY on for at least 3 minutes, unless there is movement in the area. Hopefully someone fixes this issue soon.”

“My daughter attends Harvard and used this company to store her dorm clothing and furnishings for the summer and fall terms. Mike and his crew were great! They were very accomodating on times to pick up and drop off the items. They were also punctual, super nice to deal with, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!”

“Dear Mr. Gibbs, I am having a hard time trying to reply to your review. Until I figure that out I am doing my own review. I am sorry things didn't work out but what happened was you told me on 10/27/21 at 11:20 AM that you would be in Plaistow at 4 PM. I explained more than once that the unit would not be ready till 11/1/21. The customer that was in the unit called in a panic at 12:49 PM and I tried to call you immediately. I then texted at 12:50 PM the situation. I explained and told you how very sorry I was. Not once did I ever request a payment from you. I never even take a deposit until people sign a contract. I am very sorry this happened. As you can see from the other reviews that I try very hard to run a great business. Closing dates are crazy and unfortunately I contacted you too soon. I have learned that lesson. I hope you will give me another chance to show you how great our business is. I have a unit and would be happy to honor the 2021 price if you need a unit. “Rent increase was 1st in many years BUT A jump from $185 up to $220 was a bit much. That is ALOT in just a months time. Otherwise place is ok. Plenty of room. Could use more room between rows of units as well as more lighting at night. Every unit should have one outside and 1 inside light. Too dark at night. Could pose safety concerns. All in all the place is ok and secure. Cameras everywhere give you a sense of security on top of the numeric entry pad to get in. Pretty safe and secured. Never had any issues to be concerned about feeling as if my stuff might not be safe. The thought never crossed my mind. Therefore it must be secure. NICE!”
