“The best auto body and mechanical repair shop period. I've had the privilege of knowing Shaun since I was a little kid, and my family has been going to him since before I was born (I'm in my 20s). You won't find a more honest and hardworking mechanic than Shaun, his work is his passion, and the level of care that goes into his work and customer service reflects that. He's been my mechanic ever since I've been driving, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Every time I need to have work done on my car he is transparent and goes over all my options with me for how to fix things. Sometimes people's goals with their vehicles are different, and I greatly appreciate that he respects things aren't always one size fits all. I've had 3 cars so far in my life, a $500 crappy beater subaru, a mechanically solid, but rusted Toyota, and lately I've finally been fortunate enough to own something much newer. No matter what I brought to him, I've always had the best customer service and quality of work. If you're looking for someone who you can trust, and treats every car like a Porsche regardless how new or old your vehicle is, he's your guy.”

“I would recommend Asian-Auto Services to everyone. These guys are fair, honest, and treats everyone the same regardless of many obvious factors. I'll have my automobile serviced here going forward.”

“I had a great experience with this auto repair shop. They repaired my car yesterday, and I’m very happy with the service. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly, and they explained everything clearly. My car is running great now. I really appreciate their work and would definitely recommend this shop to others!”

“Phil is absolutely amazing to work with! I came in one afternoon after seeing an 05 Camry that caught my eye on Facebook. It had very low miles and I was skeptical to say the least. But when I arrived at the shop, he put it up on the lift immediately so I could see the underside (which was in great shape). And he let me know all the work he put into it which included new brakes and tires. He let me take it out for a quick rip and after returning, I told him I was very interested in making a deal. He had the vehicle up for $6,995 but we ended up agreeing on $6,200 as I told him my budget was closer to 6K. Before I left, I mentioned that the roof had some paint chips on it and he told me he would take care of that. I also told him I was interested in undercoating as well since it was an older car. When I came back the next day to do paperwork, he was in the shop painting the roof himself! I couldn't believe it. I told him I would be back in a few days to pick it up and he said he would undercoat it as well in the meantime. This man knows how to run a business and you can tell. He understands the customer and really shows he cares. I highly recommend!! He has earned a new customer for life to say the least.”

“Dropped in asking to have my 5th tire (Jeep spare) switched out with a certain tire that has been wearing more than the rest and was making me feel unsafe to drive. It was busy. Waited less than one hour and was not charged. THANK YOU!!!”

“Got a flat tire just before Town Fair Tire in Plaistow. Was fortunate with the location of the flat as my car doesn’t have a spare. I pulled in and was able to use the mobile tire kit my car came with (parking lot was well lit) so that the car didn’t sit on the wheel all night. They had a secure drop box with envelopes to fill out and deposit with my key. Felt safe leaving the car and called them the next morning. I told them what happened and that the goo from the tire kit was water soluble. They cleaned out the goo and repaired the tire, refurbished the TMS sensor and balanced the tire. All for $12.95! To top off the great deal, all of the people (3 in total) I spoke to (the number on the website actually goes to the back bay area) were extremely nice. They even noticed one of my tire valves was missing a cap and replaced it. Highly recommend if you find yourself with a flat or in need of new tires.”

“I’ve been going to UTP Tires since high school with one of my first cars and they’ve always been great. Anytime I’ve needed a tire fixed, replaced, or even a good used one, they’re ready to help with no hassle. They’re fast, fair, and honest, and their prices are always reasonable. Felipe, the owner, is awesome — he answers the phone, makes sure everything is done right, and genuinely cares about helping you. It’s really nice to have a local shop you can count on. Honest work, good prices, and people who actually care — UTP Tires has always had my back.”

“My alignment appointment got canceled and despite being down a man, Mike at Firestone not only got me an appointment for today, but did so with a friendly demeanor. He saved my sunday and I appreciate it.”
