Do not buy any Chippewa boots from this retailer they are knockoff and completely garbage only giving two stars because I do buy other things from the store that meets satisfactory. I would have returned them, but I lost my receipt but because of the high price and Low quality boots I bought, I will no longer buy any boots from this company!

plaistow store bait and switch on prices
sign on rack price as marked
product price marked at $1.99
tried to charge $31.99
manager said leave store i will not sell
at marked price.
i did not buy !!

Prices are decent but the service is absolute garbage. I spoke with a gentleman named Chris who was short and grumble with me when I asked him where something was. He was then rude to another customer as I was walking away. Gross.

Plaistow store is the most customer friendly in the area, the associates and cashiers always offer assistance and are always pleasant. I was assisted on 3 different occasions by Susan, Mark and Zack all of whom were pleasant, friendly and accomidating. thank you all for consistently being helpful and pleasant, it is much appreciated and a pleasure to visit your store

Please re-inserve your cashier M**tin Plaistow NH on proper conduct, customer service and professionalism this was the worst experience ever obvious my color and ethnicity put me to the end of the line several times then when i address to him it becomes a never ending fight. I even had to de escalate this guy ridiculous. This guy would not stop even after asking him several times. He also needs to stop hallucinations telling people what they said. He even threatened me! Tractor supply im so disappointed you train your staff, and hire this type. The customer is always right even if there wrong and this clearly was not the case . I will contact chain of command this was an absolute miserable experience. And im a senior citizen nice respect. I will never go back to this store again!
