“Owner/Manager Anderson was more than Helpful!! I originally was slated to pick up truck at Lawrence location then needed to go to Nashua to grab a motorcycle trailer. However, Anderson worked his magic and managed to get an available Trailer at his location. After hooking everything up ,safety check, he also tossed in 4 straps to secure bike down. Also crunched the numbers to adjust the invoice. ? successful journey.Highly recommend ?”
“I have no clue why there is negative comments here, maybe a bunch of Karen’s are Kevin’s that like to just complain. I walked right in and was greeted by Natalie, she was very nice and it was a smooth process. Brought it back before 5 the same day and there was a guy working who was dealing with the pumps that weren’t working. Said he’d take care of it when he could and would email me. Transaction was completed a few hours later.”

“The U-Haul website let me rent on 12/26/22. When the day came, the owner called me just as I was getting in my car to head over, to tell me that they are closed (observing Christmas). He could have easily told me to reserve the truck for another day, but he was already at the gas station waiting for me to get there. He was kind and I would recommend you rent from here.”

“Today me and my fiancé bought a weber grill . We were unsure how we would get it in my suv but a nice gentleman named Jose helped us out. He helped take the side table of the grill off and even helped my fiancé load the grill in the back of my car. Thank you Jose for making it a easy trip!”
