After having a terrible experience at Verizon in Seabrook, I went to Wireless Zone of Plaistow and worked with Ludwin (aka Lu). He was outstanding and made a trip I typically dread (and block a lot of time for) into the most efficient and easy Verizon Wireless visit I have ever had. His approach is welcoming without being sleazy or pushy. He gave me information in a manner that I could understand, allowed me time to ask questions and confirm/validate things, and offered options and alternatives. He is works with customers respectfully and honestly. I will never go to any other Verizon retailer again if I can help it. Thanks, Ludwin!

First experience lackluster at best. Gave them another shot based on convenient location. Never again. Abominable (lack of) service and worse attitude. Lesson learned. Plenty of competition to spend my money at.

Ask for Ludvin - He was knowledgeable, polite and super helpful - Everything you want in customer service. We came here after a very poor experience in Seabrook - Going forward we will drive the extra few miles, Ludvin AKA Lu was worth it.
