I live in NH and another state. A CVS in that state had begun an auto refill of my prescription. I called the Plymouth CVS Friday and asked if they could transfer, they said yes and it would be filled by the next day. I went Saturday to pick it up and the first person told me they had never called the out of state CVS. The pharmacist then walked up and said the out of state CVS had pharmacy phones turned off and he had faxed a message to them "25 times" with no response. They would continue to try. I returned home and called the out of state store front desk and asked them to transfer me to the pharmacy which they did and I had the refill cancelled. Called the Plymouth CVS, spoke with the pharmacist to let him know it was taken care of and he didn't need to waste his time with it. I returned Sunday to pick up the drug. I was second in line to get my drug when 2 people working at the pharmacy (including the pharmacist) said they were going to lunch and I would need to come back in an hour. I reminded them that I had already been there the prior day, they ignored me and walked off. I returned a couple of hours later for the drug. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a business. They should be ashamed of their behavior. Don't plan to go back but I will tell this story MANY times.

As I approached the counter the pharmacist named Nick was speaking loudly and negatively about another previous customer which I thought was odd. Then the woman at the counter started off with a snippy attitude when I asked for my two prescriptions. I explained that I had spoken to the pharmacist the day before, and when he heard his name he had a complete temper tantrum because he was supposed to start his lunch hour. He slammed the computer and phone, and then told me that I had to come back in 30 minutes because he was going on lunch. I'm talking yelling, slamming and storming away. If I ever behaved like either one of those 2 employees at my job, I would be fired on the spot. I will drive 35 miles before I will return to that CVS again!

As a palliative care patient, your pharmacist is your partner in achieving the highest quality of care. The entire pharmacy team at CVS Plymouth NH have done an outstanding job working with clinical care team. They have always been incredibly courteous and helpful. They aren't just our pharmacists, but also our friends. You couldn't ask more from your local pharmacy.

At least two of the pharmacy attendants have demonstrated a snippy and rude attitude with my husband and myself on more than one occasion. Recently I went to pick up several prescriptions and a CVS pharmacy attendant whose name is Linda claimed that my doctor's office had failed to send one of the prescriptions that I needed. So I went home and called, and my doctor's office said they had received a fax confirmation indicating the time that CVS pharmacy had received the prescription in question on the previous day. I called CVS pharmacy to tell Linda this. She then changed her story stating that the real problem was that my insurance had denied the claim when she had submitted it. I started to question this because I had previously gotten the same prescription filled at this pharmacy without a problem. However, Linda refused to listen and rudely cut me off mid-sentence insisting that I call my insurance. Which I did. After one dropped call and then subsequently waiting a considerable time on hold, the insurance rep I spoke with confirmed that CVS had NOT submitted a claim for the medication in question, although a claim from CVS for the other prescription that I needed had been received. The insurance rep confirmed that the medication would, of course, be covered as it always had been for past 10 years! Called CVS again . . . Well it took several hours of my time to correct the problem that this CVS attendant had created. Yet when she waited on me when I went back to finally pick up the prescription, she never even tried to apologize for her mistake or for the inconvenience she had caused me.
