I've had an ongoing set of problems with a hydronic furnace I acquired with a recent home purchase. Dead River has been fantastic in resolving them for me with very timely response to requests for service and diligent, tenacious attention to resolving sometimes difficult-to-diagnose problems. Unit is working better than ever now. I can recommend Dead River with no reservations. The service culture is excellent.

Dumped Amerigas Gas several years ago when they couldn’t get there act together with fuel delivery or customer service. Dead River ALWAYS picked up the phone. I’ve had uneventful service since. Thank you Dead River. You run a top notch company.

Said they would do a inspection , waited 2 months ,two days before they cancelled.said call back in the spring.bad service.

Super helpful and responsive when our furnace quit on a very cold weekend. Propane is pricey but I think that’s just the area.

What excellent service I just had from Dead River! I needed my gas pressure adjusted for my fireplace insert. He arrived sooner than expected, he explained everything thoroughly, he was polite and respectful! Thank you Rich and Dead River for always providing such excellent service!

I have been a customer for over 10 years and the entire time they have been helpful and pleasant. I have been using them for servicing my furnace as well for the past 3 years and they have always been prompt and professional when coming to my home and doing the required work, whether it be a typical yearly check up or if there is an actual issue with my heating system. I recommend them to anyone and are in my opinion the best company to do business with if you are dealing with oil heat and the devices that utilize it.

Joined up a week ago and told them I would like to have my heater serviced, absolutely they said we will have some one from the service department call you immediately. been 5 days...ummmm still nothing.

Service tech was a no show. Office never called to say he was not coming, even though I confirmed that morning. When I called to complain the staff gave me a very hard time about talking to a manager. When they finally let me talk to a manager he promised to look into it the next morning and get back to me. He never called me back.
