“I swapped out my phone from US Cellular to Verizon 2 days ago. During the port over my texts weren't working. I tried to troubleshoot with tech support and other branches to no avail. I went to Josh today and he figured out what others and other branches could not figure out. I now have my phone back and it's working! Excellent job Josh you need a raise.
