If I could give a zero I would. I was unable to cash a check drawn on this Bank because ithe amount was over the threshold for a nonmember, even though the funds were available.. Typical big corporate mentality. I'll stick to my credit unions!

The manager is arrogant and rude. If you're not happy with the resolution of your problem, she ensures your encounter doesn't get logged in their system so there is no opportunity to give feedback to the corporate customer service people. She often refuses to assist with things other branches can accomplish quickly and with a smile. I avoid this branch and now consider moving my business elsewhere.

The manager was very rude and condescending.I came in looking for more information regarding my account and she didn’t bother help and just told me “all that information is online”. No help from here just very weird and angry vibes.

Really nice branch, kudos to the tellers for professionalism and speed. Unlike California where they parsimoniously hand out one single roll of quarters per visit (lack of currency in the era of contactless payments), I asked if they had a limit on quarters. (Teller shoots me a puzzled look) "Uh..no?" "Really?" I happily exclaim as if someone told me won a daily prize! "No, how many would you like?" "I'll have 8.. Uh, how about 10, no make it ..12!" greedily swiping my card to unlock the precious loot. Ah well, I may be lugging this bag through airport security but I'll have quarters to do laundry once I'm back in San Francisco.

Went in on a Saturday morning for a bank check and everything was great. Friendly staff, clean lobby, and quick processing time. People who give negative reviews for a bank charging fees should only be upset with themselves for not reading the terms of service.
