“I ordered a new bike from Colonial which needed to be delivered to the store and be built up. The store was very hands on with great communication and follow up at every stage in the process from the ordering to the pick up. The employees were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Of note , I ordered and paid for the bike while I was remote. When I rode the bike for the first time, the bike was perfectly tuned. I very much trust this business and would recommend Colonial to anyone interested in buying a new bike…in person or online.”
