From a distance the gas station looked closed it was dark on the inside not well lit. I went inside because I was looking for someone and the clerk said she didn’t see anyone really. You can’t see who comes in the store that time of night and she didn’t seems to care if the person was lost or not.

Inside the store is nice, parking lot and fuel situation is a horror show. It’s all one way entires to the lot itself so you’re almost hitting everyone or getting hit by traffic whichever way you pull in. Out of the 8 pumps they have the most I haven’t seen out of service is FOUR. so there is always a line of at least 2-3 cars behind each pump. Even more of a driving hazard. Just a disaster over there - figure it out.

NEVER GO HERE!!! PUMP 7 wouldn't take my credit card I hit cancel and went to another gas station. Minutes later my credit card company alerted me $51.46 was charged to my card at this station. I went back gas station to alert the clerk. They would not leave a message for the manager, did not give me any information how to contact manager or owner, did not care to alert other customers of the issue with the PUMP or help in anyway. I had to call my credit card company to handle this. Terrible

The store gets 5 stars but one of the rude employees likes to smoke in the non smoking area where people eat. She's very rude and told me to go f myself when I mentioned no smoking. The store itself has good pizza and coffee and restroom is clean above average. A good place for lunch except when someone blowing smoke at you.

The employee Chris working on 2-4-23 was talking about taking over Canada and referred to them at gay frenchies? I’m French and my family is from Canada , I do not respect that guy and think he should be removed, I’ve had him sighhh at me before as if he was annoyed and he just over all is not a people person

In Portsmouth after a long daytrip to Newburyport, I was quite hungry. I stopped Cumberland Farms on US-1 at Elwyn Road for a slice of pizza. It was 99¢ + 8¢ tax for a total of $1.07. The NH Meals Tax rate had recently been reduced.
Outside, I ate in the car. I found that the pizza was overdone for my liking. There were some slightly-burnt areas on the crust and
along the edge of the pizza toppings. I had to pick off several parts of it. The parts that weren’t burnt were pretty good.
I rate my experience with the pizza here at barely a 3.0. It was not up to par with pizza from other Cumberland Farms stores that I’ve been to.
The reason for the delay in submitting this review was due to a months-long loss of my ability to post photos with my reviews.

Clean, bright, spacious. A newer CF with a decent selection of beverages and snacks, which was precisely why I was there. The new CF's are a huge improvement over the older ones.

Don’t rely on them to be open. Their hours online say they open at 5 AM, but when I arrived around 5:30 on two separate occasions, they appeared to be closed. Although the lights were on, the doors were locked, curtains pulled down a bit, no one up front, & they weren’t answering the phone. Frustrating when you work very early and depend on places like this to be open. Two stars instead of one because when they are open, they have a great selection and decent prices.
