“It was refreshing to walk into a store with sales people who genuinely want to help AND know what they're talking about. Bought a washer and dryer six years ago and have yet to have an issue. Went back to Portsmouth a few months ago when it came time to replace all my kitchen appliances. Had a sense of what I wanted, but worked closely with State Street team to make sure fridge, range/hood, dishwasher, beverage center checked as many boxes as possible (price, availability, reliability, aesthetic). Very happy with purchases and experience.”

“As Executor of my friend's Estate, I needed to sell my friend's Apple I-pad Pro. Ali examined it, announced he needed to change the battery, and STILL offered me a great price!Then, the remarkable happened! I needed to purchase a new (Windows) laptop for myself and wanted to shop local. After examining my current laptop and really listening to me, Ali determined that a Mac wasn't the best option for me (I'm an aged android girl who is allergic to change), did some research and suggested that I purchase a particular laptop online that he thought better suited my needs than what he had for sale at the store!! I've now purchased that laptop and I am going to pay Ali to set it up for me when it arrives, because I trust him implicitly. What a huge relief for me and what a huge testament to his great customer service! HIGHLY recommend!”
