$90.00 for a used jacket from kohls. ??? items that used to be $6.00 are now 10.00 and 12.00. Such a ripoff for used clothes. Plus a lot of the home wares you can buy new for cheaper! 125.00$ for a usedMichael poors bag that came from Tj Maxx that’s worn. Girul please??? this place is getting pathetic at scamming people. The older hen that works the registers during the day with the hair rinse dye job goes out of her way to be nice and snippy to customers ? she’s not very professional or nice at all. Ten bucks for a used stained beach towel. See the pics! The dude that works the fitting room and dresses like a 12 year old has little hissy fits in front of customers he really needs some anger issue help, He threw a hanger on the floor because I asked to use a fitting room, no joke! I went in recently and he yelled at me because I said hello to him and yelled WHAT at me at the register, This place has gone downhill! I understand they help people with disabilities, but management needs to train the staff better. I’m turned off by the rudeness of the staff and won’t shop here anymore. I will stick to other thrift shops.

I came in around a quarter of 5 with my 12 yr old daughter who needed a dress for her dance. The manager was extremely rude and yelled at me and my daughter because she was using the fitting room (an employee let her in. He’s like the store closes at 6 ma’m. I’m like my daughter needs a dress for her dance and you’re open till 6 so why can’t we use the fitting room? After all an employee let my daughter in to the fitting room so why are you yelling at us??? Yell at your employee. Absolutely rude service. Left with no items. I’ll take my business elsewhere for now on. I would recommend you all do the same!

I was just reading reviews and people seem to be unhappy with prices. As a long time shopper of goodwill I would agree with them. I think we all need to remember they have rent to pay on the buildings, utility bills, and payroll for employees but there is no excuse for rude employees.

Where do you find the people that you hire for the donation center? They are the most rude individuals, and they have zero ability to problem solve. The open sign was out today, but there were cones blocking the road to enter the donation area. I called the store to see if they were open because the cones were making people turn around and they said for us to move the cones. My wife went to do just that and a worker got out of their car to yell at her. So this worker was sitting in their car, watching people turn around. Then the person waiting at the donation doors yelled at us for what we were trying to donate. We didn’t know that you can’t donate play pens for children, but that’s no excuse to yell at us. It’s like they don’t want you to donate here.

I used to shop here regularly when I lived in the area. I stopped in because I was in town. I couldn't believe how over priced items were. There was a pair of pants with tags still on them from Marshals. The tag from Marshals clearly stated 6.99 yet this Goodwill had them priced at $11. I grabbed two pairs of pants that were red barb which was the color of the week. The pants would've been 5.50 each. I requested to try them on but was told the dressing room was closed. It was 6:05pm and the store closes at 7p. The blonde haired lady with an almost Southern accent was condescending and rude. She told me they announced it over and over. I told her I had just walked in a couple minutes prior. She then told me the lady must've told me when I walked in the door. I said she did not. She then said well they are being cleaned. It was clear no one was cleaning them. She then said we need to take care of our employees. The tone she used was awful. I swear I had just barely walked in and this woman acted like I was trying to get one over on her. Needless to say the 2 pairs of pants I requested to try on are still there on the racks. I've always been a Goodwill advocate but will not return to this store.

I know prices have gone up, but $4 for a quart mason jar? That is price gouging. These go for $1 each, new, by the case.

I get picture frames here about monthly and there is such a great selection! Often the frames are new… sometimes I find a great sweater as well.

Good place to get second hand items but has a lot of new items too. Not the best thrift in the area...try anywhere else to get a better deal!

Ten bucks for a polo shirt with a bleach stain on it and fifteen bucks for a soiled ripped jacket. Plus the guy that works the fitting room is very angry and uptight and not friendly, he should not be working a customer service job. Have him work the stock room and don’t have him interact with customers he’s just grumpy and angry all the time! I’ve worked management and would have let him go for less. He has a major attitude problem you can’t even get a hello from him. Plus the bathrooms are so gross.

Goodwill is a lit less about donations and provides a lot of new and more expensive things. Goodwill was supposed to be about charity and reselling donated items, but it's more commercial than charity focused. Many of the brand new items can be purchased elsewhere for less than the Goodwill prices.

I’ve had many bad donation experiences here. I’m convinced that this donation center does not want your donations and would avoid wasting your time by stopping here.I stopped by today at 10 am (they open at 9am) to donate some children’s toys when a gentleman that worked at Goodwill came out to say that they are not yet open in the donation drive thru and to come back in 10-20 minutes. I asked if I could simply put the toys in the bins myself. He said it would be a liability concern. Totally fair but in the time we were chatting, he could have easily taken the toys from me. I guess that’s not his job?

I have been a Goodwill shopper for many years and I appreciate the many deals this store has provided during that time! Now, it seems as though many items are classified as Hand Picked and they have hefty price tags! Discounts are not applied to these items either, which is tough for customers on a budget. With much of the furniture marked with Hand Picked stickers, it doesn’t surprise me that this store is becoming overcrowded with unsold merchandise. It would be great to see those prices cut and smiles on customer’s faces again!*****Update: It’s been two months since I left this review and I’m very pleased with the latest furniture prices-they are much more reasonable!Today my husband and I purchased a beautiful oak dining table and 6 matching oak chairs for a total cost of only $50! They were not marked as Hand Picked, so we saved an additional $7.50 with our Goodwill card! Thank you very much for the improvements-we really appreciate the savings opportunities you are now providing!
