I came in for an oil chanleft. They said it was done about later that night. My wheel light went on. There was no oil on my dipstick so I called. And they sent the tow truck, and they only put in 5 gallons, 5 qt. And I talk to the man that did it and he tried to convince me somebody stole 3 qt of oil out of my truck instead of admitting he messed up and you guys didn't offer me anything for the inconvenience. I would have been happy with my truck being Detailed or the damage that could have happened to my truck

Delaney was such a great help! She made the entire process so easy, from finding a selection of cars in my price range, to test driving it, then finally helping me get all the number together. She made sure everything was in place the day I came to pick the car up! She walked me through the whole process, she definitely knows her stuff, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have been shopping at Holloway Buick GMC since 2019, and the people there have never failed to impress me with their outstanding services. Tim D'Agostino and Scott Taylor went above and beyond. Today, my wife Grace and I purchased our third pickup truck. Whenever I visit Holloway, it feels like family, including the entire staff. Scott is a knowledgeable salesperson who listens to his customers, provides a tutorial on the vehicles, and helps with any necessary concerns I have had. I know I will not go to another place, and I recommend that if you are interested in a GM vehicle, you should visit Tim and Scott. You will not regret it. I can only give them five stars, but they earned 1,000 stars from me. Thank you so much, and I can't wait to see you all again on my following services.

I purchased a used vehicle and had it a couple of weeks. I had a situation that I wanted the service department to look at, so I left it with them when I went away on vacation and they kept me informed about what they found. Boyd was communicating with with along the way and he listened to my description of the problem. He took a second look at it while it was there and found the solution. He took care of it instantly after communicating with me on how and when it would be taken care of.Great service. Great sales staff. No pressure at all. The staff work with me to get into the right vehicle that I requested.I recommend Holloway's Buick, GMC to everyone.Delaney was my salesperson and she knows trucks and met my needs and answered all my objectives. Great person to deal with.

Of my last 3 visits to this Service Dept, the only difference this time was I did not fall for the absolute BS services suggested. I brought in my 2019 Acadia Denali for an oil change and inspection sticker. I was the first to arrive at 7:30 am. Soon followed by approx 5 -7 gentlemen customers and 2 other women. Of the fellow women, one was elderly, the other Asian and spoke broken English. There is a reason for this level of detail. I was there for 2.5 hours for what should have been a pretty quick visit. In the meantime every single male customer came and went and was not approached with a LIST of items needing attention- save for one man who was suggested he get new tires, but no pressure was used- in fact it was the opposite. The service person merely suggested he look into getting them. The Asian young lady was told she required new wiper blades to pass inspection. Funnily enough, on my previous 2 visits, that were just months apart, I was also told this and SOLD them BOTH times. I did not realize the second time I had them replaced just months before. With COVID I was barely driving. When I got home and reviewed my previous service receipt- of which I keep all of them and have been going through them with my mechanic boyfriend, I noticed that I paid another $100 to have wipers replaced within a 3 month time span. Once I witnessed the conversation with the young lady and the service rep about the wipers, I began to really scrutinize the happenings in the waiting area. Myself, being given a list of expensive and unnecessary recommended services, yet again- The list of ridiculous suggestions included; Transmission flush at $310, microchip replacement for a newly found issue, by the mechanic, that my car is now giving a message it is not in Park, when it actually is, when vehicle is turned off at $415 (this was not happening AT ALL to me until I left Holloway on 3/21 and parked my vehicle- suspicious...? EXTREMELY!, PLUS replacing my entire HVAC control PANEL, when I mentioned 1 light sometimes did not go on.... @ $335.... The 1 thing I did allow for was the pollen filter change, as I was told there were mouse droppings and this is the only item that rang plausible since my car was parked day and night in the driveway rather than the garage, for a few months since my previous servicing back in the Fall of '22. As I mentioned my boyfriend is a mechanic and has been for well over 45 years. He owns/runs multiple auto businesses- jut not close enough for me to take mine to- until now! He will be bringing his Zeus diagnostic tool over this weekend and running it on my vehicle to detect all of its newly created issues. To say I am disgusted and dismayed that any company would allow for this behavior is an understatement. Holloway has lost a loyal customer. I most definitely will never return. Not sure yet if GMC has lost one. Jury is out on that, as I believe 1 bad apple should not spoil the bunch. However, the Yelp reviews alone show me I am not only sucker who was scammed by this dealership. I have sought legal counsel, and I am sure they will be very interested in the similar, multiple, negative Yelp and other website reviews I have found so far.

I have always had a great experience with this dealership. Scott Taylor goes above and beyond his job. I already knew what I wanted so he was not trying to upsell me, he works with you on everything. Scott knows his cars, and I wouldn't buy from another Salesman. Another great sale from him.
