Bought used nissan from them after 30 days engine light came on. Driven less than 1000 miles and wanted to make sure it wasn't a drive train issue. Was told by Mike in service that my first problem was that I Bought a nissan at a chrysler dealership. Told him that maybe they shouldn't sell other brands and that's when he invited me outside. When I excepted he backed down. Emailed sales representative and owner and no response. I'm retired and have nothing better to do than tell people not to buy from them .

They let me take a truck home for the night came back the next morning told them I wanted it did paperwork did bank statements proof of residency and then supposedly the next day my salesman was off and I didn't hear from him until I called him to ask him what time I could come pick the truck up. He then tells me that he's sorry that they sold it on his day off to someone else! Called talked to the manager gave them another chance to find me another truck similar and they blew me off after telling me they would. No response all weekend as promised. Very very poor communication and very poor business practices.. save yourself the hassle and never go there. If they do this at the sales level I can't imagine their service dept customer service.

Just bought a used 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Steven made the process easy. He was helpful, friendly, and didn't play any games. Next time I buy I car I will be coming back and going through Steven.

I brought my car to the key automotive body shop. They took 3 weeks to do a small job and every time I called they gave me different completion date. Then when I finally got my car, the drivers side locks wouldn’t work, they put the wrong emblem on my grill, and there’s a run, and a bubble in my paint. I’ve been calling and they say they’ll call me back and it’s been almost another 3 weeks and they still haven’t fixed anything! Incompetence at its finest!

These guys are awesome! My 2013 Camaro was having issues, 174,000 miles on it so I knew it was becoming time to get a new vehicle and keep the Camaro as a summer car. No matter the issues the service department were always prompt, knowledgeable and descriptive of the issues my car was having. I ended up buying a new car with Portsmouth Chevrolet, even though it took me a few weeks to commit, the salesman Logan Sczmit was there to answer my questions and research any vehicles I wanted to see. Finally settled on a new/used vehicle with only 3,000 miles on it, I love Key Autos large reach and vehicle options. I'll be bringing my vehicles here anytime I have an issue and I'll recommend them to others as well. ?

Terrible place to deal with. Run as fast as you can or just go to another dealer and save yourself the headache. I had to deal with 2 locations and one was worse than the other. I wouldn't buy a matchbox car from them! All set! Terrible communication from 2 GM's.

Had to travel from Long Island to Ct. took ferry from pt Jeff to Bridgeport & drove @ an hour to key. & cost @$100 one way with my son & grandson. Was worth the $ & time & trip.our salesman stanley was easy to deal with & a pleasure to talk to after speaking to him on the phone. No pressure like other car dealers. Very friendly & accomodating. Glad I purchased from Stan & the key Chevrolet people.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with a car dealership. I financed a Jeep Cherokee Latitude and the very next day I couldn’t start it. I missed work and when I expressed my concerns, I was treated incredibly disrespectful, as if their mess up was my inconvenience. I would never refer anyone to them. I am very disappointed with this place and their sales staff.

Don't trust the salesmen and definitely take the car to an outside mechanic because they have no idea what is going on with the cars that they sell
