The staff at Extra Space Storage was extremely helpful and open about policies. The staff answered all questions and provided multiple options for storage needs. The unit was great and the space was enclosed with a pass code and there are several options to meet various needs. The staff cared about finding the right space and extra mile. The unit had some mouse issues and no complaints. The staff was pleasant, efficient and provided excellent customer service.
Decent prices (I did my market search) and very helpful staff. The bin I rented was a few miles away from their central office. One of their staff came with me to make sure there were no unforeseen problems.
