Lighthouse PT (Ability Allies) has helped me regain range of motion, strength and mobility after knee injuries and two surgeries. I now walk without inserts in my shoes, without a walking stick and am regaining my ability to go up and town stairs with more fluency. I cannot thank the Portsmouth PT staff enough!

I have seen several of the therapists at Ability Allies in Portsmouth and they were all fantastic despite each having their own style. I like seeing multiple therapists as I feel I get more out of treatments overall. The staff (both front office and therapists) are professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
