“Stumbled upon Dry Cellar while on a weekend trip to Portsmouth and what a gem of a place. Kate the owner gave us a tour and the lowdown on each section, and was sampling a couple of wines. The selection and variety is top notch, and we loved that you can buy beer cans in singles to sample! Super friendly, kind & knowledgeable owner (and she was more than accommodating to allow our golden retriever in as well!) and awesome options for beer, wine, spirits, mixers and more.”
