“I was skeptical based on other reviews so I want to share my positive experience with the staff at this location. I checked in as a walk-in on the kiosk (remember your id and insurance card to speed this up) and it was easy. The system offered me an appointment 3 hours later which I declined and opted to wait despite system warnings it could take a while. There was one person waiting ahead of me and I ended up waiting 10 min or less. I was seen by Liza. The lab draw was easy. Unfortunately my PCP used the wrong code on the order, I needed specific testing for occupational health and the code was similar to my requirement but insufficient. I want to give a huge shout out to Liza for going above and beyond helping me get the correct order from the PCP before the end of the day so the lab didn’t have to be redone. I so appreciate her help and willingness to work with me to make this happen. Quest as a whole is a nightmare to work with - you can’t talk to a real person on the phone, can’t find the building, etc. but this was a great experience of a healthcare provider treating me like a human.”
