“This review will appear to be totally out of the norm as my family and ibought a Golf Cart to give to my In-Laws in CT for their 69th wedding anniversary as a surprise gift.The company in Epping failed miserably to deliver the Golf Cart as promised on Monday, June 12th ( the anniversary day ) with no communication until we learned late in the day it wasn't happening.On Tuesday with little communication and no confidence that they would ultimately deliver on the 13th I reached out to Wood Brothers who we had used several years ago for a large project and asked for a miracle and low and behold, ownership jumped thru hoops and arranged for a driver and straight job to pick up the Golf Cart in Epping NH and drive it all the way to Essex CT so we could decorate the Golf Cart and drive it up to my In-laws retirement community and if you saw their faces it was worth a life time memory !THANK YOU WOOD BROS. !!!!!!!!!!!”
