I worked with Portsmouth Auto Body through my insurance following an accident, and they made the process so incredibly simple and efficient for me. The staff told me exactly what to expect and when, they were prepared for my drop off and pick up, and they (and Enterprise) made getting a rental while the work was being completed super easy. My car looks good as new! I am so appreciative to Portsmouth Auto Body for making a stressful situation much, much less stressful.

Terrible service, place tries to keep your car captive when dealing with insurance and can’t provide a detailed repair list. Manger is never anround. Avoid this place.

Wasn't sure about coming here due to the reviews but I had a great experience. Everyone there was so nice, they kept me informed throughout the process, and my car looks amazing like there was never an accident. Very happy with my experience.
Office manager Sarah was a delight to work with and kept me well informed from the very beginning all the way through to picking up my car. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The repairs were done well. However, their communication was not good. Some staff members were very rude. After repairs were about complete, my estimate doubled. I brough to other shops prior for estimates and they were around the 1st estimate price definitely not the doubled price. I had a drop off day and time and they said that was just to get it in line to be looked at. I had to get my insurance involved as car was drivable and no need for it to sit there when we had an appt slot to drop off. Very infuriating experience. There are MUCH better shops around.

Recently brought my vehicle in for repair from collision damage. The service was upfront on pricing and they got my car in and out fairly quickly. I would certainly use Portsmouth again if I need any work done in the future.
