Tanya Ouellette of Raiche and Company has been both my personal and commercial accountant for almost 10 years. She is knowledgeable, available and quick to find me an answer when I need one. The entire staff is extremely helpful whether it be documentation for a loan or a question about taxes. My reports are accurate, my billing fair. This firm was not a good fit for me. My guess is that they are used to working for much larger companies that aren't as concerned with dollars and cents as I am.

After a recent IRS review of a filed tax return prepared by our past accounting firm, we decided to have our previous years returns reviewed by a different firm. Raiche & Co was recommended by a financial advisor and Mark Boulanger at Raiche was assigned to us. We wanted to be sure nothing else had been "missed" that we would be liable for. Mark reviewed the past 3 years and found a deduction that was missed. Mark prepared an amended return for us and within a few weeks we received a check (SIZABLE CHECK!) Since then, I have emailed "what if" questions to Mark before making taxable business decisions. Mark provides solid advice that guides us and eliminates surprises at tax time.
