They are by far the best Mazda dealer in the region attentive sales force and managers in sales are so kind and caring.the service dept rocks very careful and service my vehicle right the first time the service dept is kind considerate and welcoming very awesome friendly sales and service dept thank you to all who make our every trip there wanting to come back for all services thank so much Try them out you will not be disappointed!!!!

Took over a day to do what was supposed to be a 2 hour job. Car came back smelling. I had to air it out and clean the inside.

Bought a new car and as part of the deal I was offered free maintenance. However, every time I go for an oil change they want me to pay for the service. It's a very frustrating situation. Worst experience with a dealership EVER!

Buyer beware!! Don't buy Mazda. If your car needs repairs you can't get the parts. I bought a brand new cx30 which I haven't been able to drive for 5 months and counting because Mazda does not have the part to repair! This is my 4th and last Mazda.

Brendan was awesome getting us set up for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and kind. Great experience! Nick was really nice to work with on the financial end. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

On hold 30 min to book ask questions and pricing on service. I thought okay.... they are busy Called back 2 more times that day and had same issue. I went somewhere else for repair work.

Beware of significant upselling in the service department. Checklists of services at designated miles (15k, 20k, etc), which are presented to customers when they enter for service, are NOT Mazda factory recommendations nor requirements. They are third party advertisements presented by service writers as though they are official. Compare to Mazda’s corporate website, to official service manuals, and choose wisely. Remember, “Service Advisors” can be a misleading title and I’d imagine they are under pressure to sell.

Bad business practices. They will have any unfavorable reviews on google deleted so I am coming here to review my bad experience at Seacoast Mazda. Seacoast Mazda reached out to me interested in purchasing my car. After appraisal they proceeded to offer almost $5000 under estimated value. Do not go to seacoast Mazda if your looking to sell or trade in a vehicle, they will waste your time without a care. They have also been reported to KBB.

I can really only speak of the service dept, but Joe is beyond professional, nice, attentive. I did not purchase my CX 5 here, but live in the area and have serviced it here for years. They take the cringe out of going to the dealership. They are in the midst of a much needed major reno, and hope they keep that small dealer vibe. Don't hesitate to bring your Mazda here, and if you ask for Joe, know you are in good hands.

We went to look at a car in Sunday I had a few questions so I asked a random question and got a fast response from Taylor !!! Went down Monday abs we bought the car the Mazda CX-5 amazing !!! Taylor took the time with us to figure out the perfect car !!! He was honest abs patient. He even end over every detail of the computer stuff (as we aren't very smart in that dept ) !! Taylor rocks and so do all the other staff at seacoast that is so much !!

Seacoast Mazda keeps spamming me with emails even though I have NEVER been a customer and live more than a thousand miles away. aI have asked them REPEATEDLY to remove my name from their list but keep getting their junk email. Seacoast Mazda is an EMAIL SPAMMER and should be fined!!!

Excellent dealership from start to finish. We were greeted at the door by Taylor Sullivan sales consultant. Test drove a new Mazda CX-30 with Taylor and after the test drive I felt completely informed about the dealership and the vehicle. Fast forward, I ended up purchasing this vehicle. I have purchased many many vehicles and this is the first time I felt completely comfortable from start to finIsh. I never felt pressured and I felt that both Taylor and this dealership were open, honest and transparent throughout the process. I like I was more than just a sale! I wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend Seacoast Mazda and my expert sales consultant Taylor Sullivan!

Just left this awesome car dealership. I have never been to a car dealer whose service department was so honest and friendly. I'm definitely purchasing my next Mazda here. Btw my Mazda 3 has been a great car
