The new car-buying process felt incredibly daunting to me, but Kelsey was so patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the process to make it much less stressful and a much better experience than I was expecting! I never felt pressured, and she went out of her way to answer all my questions and make the experience as informative and enjoyable as possible for me. Thank you Kelsey and Seacoast Mazda!

My wife and I had one of the better experiences that we ever had buying a new car. Our salesperson, Michael was excellent and very accommodating. Being new to Mazda, he answered all of questions with no pressure during the entire process. The dealership itself was also great. No upselling after the agreement, no pressure tactics. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a Mazda.

Seacoast Mazda is what all car dealerships should aspire to. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far my best experience. Cory and Nick are really nice people. They treated my wife and I with courtesy and respect. They had great patience throughout the entire process. There was a slight problem after taking delivery of the new car. They could not have been more accommodating in making things right. I highly recommend Seacoast Mazda.

We had the best car buying experience ever at Seacoast Mazda. They just happened to have exactly what we were looking for. Austin was a great salesman and everyone in the building made us feel welcome and comfortable. The entire process could not have been easier. We were looking for a used car for my son and found a 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring which was fairly priced and in excellent condition. Sounds corny but, in buying the car, it felt like we were joining the family there. They all seemed to really care about our experience through the process but also for the entire time that we will own the car. Well done!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Seacoast Mazda. I inquired about the Cx5, and honestly did not think I would get approved. Nick and Cory were so helpful and found me financing. I felt zero pressure from the staff, which was great. I told them I wasn’t sure if I would make it before they closed, and they offered to stay late and wait for me. I can’t believe in like 7 hours I went from inquiring to owning my first Mazda. Thanks Nick and Cory…. I’m so happy I joined the Mazda family!

Seacoast Mazda was great! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great sales team with no pressure. I worked with Mike W. and John D, both very professional. They were both very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. I ended up buying a Mazda X30, could beat the price.

Took over a day to do what was supposed to be a 2 hour job. Car came back smelling. I had to air it out and clean the inside.

Purchased a CX-5 same day I inquired about it! Austin did all the leg work and even came to my work to sign paperwork (took less than 10 minutes) Then he delivered the CX-5 to my home while I was at work. 10/10 recommend ⭐️

I had a wonderful experience at Seacoast Mazda. Their car prices are very fair, they have a good selection and no gimmicks. They deserve an A++ in customer service. I want to give a shout out to Cory who sold me my car. He is absolutely a fantastic sales person. He was honest, helpful and did not pressure me into buying a car. I also want thank Ryan, Nick and the service team. I definitely would recommend Seacoast Mazda.

I had a great experience at seacoast mazda! I worked with Mike who was great and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to. I have been dreading the car buying process again but it was so smooth here and it was the shortest amount of time I have ever spent at a dealership. I would highly recommend!

Bought a new car and as part of the deal I was offered free maintenance. However, every time I go for an oil change they want me to pay for the service. It's a very frustrating situation. Worst experience with a dealership EVER!

This place is exactly what car buying should be. They are honest, up front, and don't try to sell you on anything. You can drive any model on your own with no pressure. If you're not ready or undecided there are no predatory attempts at creating fomo or forced financing situations. Once I was picked a car the whole financing portion took 15 min and they structured it to be exactly what I said worked for me. We worked with Austin who made everything quick and painless, highly recommend you check them out.

in SEACOAST MAZDA has been so good to my wife and I. We bought our first Mazda in 2021 and just traded it in for a new one a 2023 because, their sales people have been there a long time they’re very experienced and dedicated to their jobs, and they like their jobs they enjoy being at work. Also, Customer Service is amazing. How often do you get a follow up phone call a couple of times a year from a dealer asking you if you are pleased with the product or if they can help you in anyway? Usually never that’s why Mazda customer service keeps us coming back. We also received a small dent in our car from a truck that threw up a rock and hit our car and instead of us having to bring it to a body shop they said they could fix it and they’re actually sending one of their technicians to us instead of us having to bring our car and drop it off and wait or go home and pick it up some other time. This just not happen with other dealerships. I have always been a loyalist to Ford. However, I sold my Ford and just happen to check out Mazda and was treated amazingly both before during and after the sale for just can’t match this and Chevrolet actually has no idea what they’re doing, if you want the best in customer service and an incredible vehicle that we never had any problems with never not one go, see someone at your local Mazda dealership you will be pleasantly surprised! That will become your new home for your car buying experience. Seacoast Mazda will have my business , as long as I’m around as far as I am concerned if they keep treating me the way they do and their vehicles keep performing the way they do. I just bought the new Mazda three with the 2.5 L turbo engine and for a 2.5 L it goes pretty good. And I am getting the advertised, gas, mileage, actually a little better. I give seacoast Mazda five stars out of five they are a wonderful group of people. Enjoy!

Best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Brendan was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Ryan was very kind, helped keep the process moving and made sure we were comfortable and that all our questions were answered. There was no pressure like other dealerships. Everyone we met was very nice and helpful. Customer service was top notch! From sales to service we couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you to the Seacoast Mazda Team!
