A low key, small and quiet place to work out. Indoor pool and track. Many retired folks show up. There are all sorts of classes and the amazing Liz of LizFit. And sauna. Spinnaker is one of the places that I fear writing a review about, lest it get discovered.

I was the first employee of this facility when it was being prepared to open back in the late 80's early 90's. I was going to be the manager but economic times and a bad real estate market led to me being laid off and transferred away and the building left unfinished.. Glad to see the entire housing complex has been redone and this recreation center being used.

Pool water temperature is 82-84 which is perfect for water walking. Locker rooms are immaculate and the staff is super helpful. Quite a nice experience

Searching for an affordable, comprehensive, quiet, gym? I found Spinnaker Point thanks to a physical therapist's recommendation following knee replacement surgery. I was very happy with the facilities at Spinnaker Point. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the sauna is a wonderful bonus!

SOOOOOO GLAD they are back open!! It felt so good to finally get a work out -- my body is happy, happy Happy!! :) Yay!The renovation looks good.No mask required so please be kind to others & if you're not vaxed, keep your distance, wear a mask & Wipe Down Equipment After Use (don't be a douche!!)!
