T.J. Maxx is a very clean store with pleasant staff. It has clothes for everyone and plenty of clearance items, with separate clearance sections for each department. Shoppers can find unexpected items and walk out happy. Some note it can be understocked, unorganized, or have damaged clearance items. It is located in the same plaza as a Home Goods, making it convenient to visit both. While sometimes seeming understaffed, it is considered one of the better locations in the area.
