T.J. Maxx is a very clean store with pleasant staff. It has clothes for everyone and plenty of clearance items, with separate clearance sections for each department. Shoppers can find unexpected items and walk out happy. Some note it can be understocked, unorganized, or have damaged clearance items. It is located in the same plaza as a Home Goods, making it convenient to visit both. While sometimes seeming understaffed, it is considered one of the better locations in the area.
I had to come here and write a review after meeting Emmanuel at the store. Emmanuel, you are one of the sweetest, kindest, most wonderful people I’ve ever met. I wish I could’ve stayed & chatted w you all day! Thank you for being a ray of sunshine! The world needs more people like you!
