From fermented foods to smoothie add-ins (protein powders, greens, triphala, etc.), crystals, snacks, chocolates, CBD. Staff is very helpful, kind and knowledgable. And prices are great! Honestly, better than Whole Foods on all levels. Easy parking, great hours - really can't find anything to complain about. It's not a huge shop, but I haven't been in when it's crowded. And lots of vegan options (although vegan supplements are not marked - I Google before I buy.)”
