Extremely nice employees!!
I am a girl in her early twenties and I kept hearing a dinging noise like the seatbelt chime in my car, even though there were no lights on on my dash. I am not from the area so I called the closest repair shop I could find. I came in and they were able to help me without an appointment. He opened my hood and immediately saw that my battery was coming disconnected on one side. He went back into the shop, grabbed the tool he needed, and came back in under a minute. They fixed the connection and tightened it for me in under five minutes, total.
These people are clearly very experienced, based on how fast they were able to diagnose and fix my car, without even using the plug-in computer thingy. The guy with the Pinkie Pie tattoo quite literally saved me— if I didn’t have it fixed I wouldn’t have made it home safely.
Thank you guys again, and to anyone in the area that has car trouble/questions, these people are the place to go! Ayers Auto will definitely be getting my business again if I am ever in the area and need car help. To potential customers: highly, highly recommend, for kindness, knowledge, and availability. To Ayers management: these guys deserve a raise!!

They did diagnosis, replaced an entire wheel bearing, and oil rotation for a very fair price and under 4 hours. Pretty hard to beat imo.

Though they are not tire shop, when I told them I just ran over a nail as I was about the start a road trip, they had me in and out in no time with a quick patch. They could have charged me double without complaint. But they didn't - they seemed genuinely happy to be helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. A complete waste of money, time, and energy. Not only will they blame you for their wrong doings, they’ll also continue to “fix” the problem and have you pay more to do so. I’d rather pay a tow to another company, than drive the 5 minutes it would take to get here.

HONEST! RELIABLE! FAIR PRICES!
I have never had an expierance, with a Garage as pleasant as I, (WE), have had with Ayers! THE BEST EXPIERANCE!!!
My son, early 20s, brought a POS vehicle there to have somethimg fixed. Couple weeks later he brought it in again bcz something else went wrong. The 3rd time was the water pump, and instead of them taking advantage of a young man, they called him, (after checking the car all out) and told him it really wasn't worth putting anymore money into it. I couldn't believe it! So, I decided to bring my car there for a window cable, (automatic windows, eugh) and they were almost $100.00 dollars cheaper than most places i poked around at...
My son, once again, just brought his recent car in for work, and they were $500.00 cheaper than the garage that originally offered to fix it...
Hands down! I will forever bring my vehicles to Ayers! They are HONEST! And reasonable.

My experience with Ayers auto has been nothing but exceptional they have worked on my vehicles for years servicing and repairs on multiple of my fleet trucks , my personal vehicles and even a couple race cars ! Dropped my daughter's car off here one night when it started shuddering when accelerating and the check engine light came on. They got to it more quickly than they expected, and diagnosed and repaired the problem in a flash. Very reasonable prices, and super-friendly. What more could you ask?
