If I could rank a zero I would. Laziest group of individuals I have ever met. Any employee, with the exception of the tellers, are always sitting around on their cellphones instead of helping customers. Worst of all when you approach any of them for help they tell you they can only help you if you book an appointment with them. This is Raymond, NH….not Boston (where I originally opened account). Stop pretending that you’re busier than you really are (and that your time is more valuable than mine), get up out of your chair and off your personal phones, and help your customers who have been loyal to you for decades. Unacceptable behavior.

Nice tellers… however they are the slowest. Always a huge line , with at least a wait of 10-15 mins. Avoid going here if you’re in any type of hurry.

Very short hours during the week. Only open 4 hrs on Saturday. Forget about trying to speak with anyone on the phone! Nobody answers it and after 15 rings it hangs up on you.

Every time I try to use ATM it always has an issue. Not every time but for someone who uses a lot of ATM's. The 1 in Raymond is awful think the need to update it. I mean look at the size of it ... It's as big as a Studio Apt. You'd rent in Manchester. NH any how if you go to use ATM be prepared to be disappointed.

I live in Raymond and I run a Barber shop which requires a lot of laundry to be done. The laundry mat is always out of quarters when I need them and its a hassle to try and get them while I’m working. So I stopped at Citizens to get a couple rolls of quarters. “I’m sorry sir you dont have an account with us so we can’t do that transaction for you.” Is what the teller told me. Seriously?TD bank in Epping gave me 4 rolls and I didn’t need an account.

Customer for over 20 years, but with this HSBC merge, it is terrible service. Changing banks.

The ATM only dispenses change as in 5's and 10's and only let's you take out small amounts.

not this specific location but citizens bank overall is a horrible place to go for banking they charge you 35 over draft fees, and even when you have money in your account the next day of the overdraft, they still take money out. i’ve had to call this company on more then one occasion to get my money back because they take out feee that are irrelevant especially after depositing money to fix the over draft. as of this day my account will be closed with them. if i could rate this bank a zero i would in a heartbeat

It's time for Citizen's bank to get off the covid excuse plan for short term hours and get back to serving it's customers like it should be. Mon. thru Friday 9amto 4 pm only is a shame. Citizen's may lose customer's! Open ext. hrs. pls.

They don't answer the phone. I called to see if they were open after 4th, of July to make a trip to make a deposit and the line was still ringing. Shame. I've been going to this Citizens bank for year's.
