So much better after they got rid of that nasty carpet. But now if they could get rid of the employees smoking out front. Every single time I visit there's either one or two of them blowing smoke right at the entrance to get in. Gross

I don't know why ratings are so low. Since the new manager and staff have come in it has been a 100% improvement.
