I purchased a car with a warranty and a promise that the car would pass inspection. Well it didn't. When I brought it back for repairs. They forgot to put all the lug nuts back on the tire. I only know this because they didn't put hub caps on properly and 2 fell off. Check engine light is on bring back for repairs and they keep car for a few days tell me a story that he changed parts later that day check engine light is back on. Brought car back a few times with the same results. They took advantage of a disabled veteran and didn't honor his word! I wouldn't buy or do business with this man. Once he has your money you're screwed. Thanks for nothing

Mark the owner is the nicest, most honest auto body repairman I've ever met in my 51 years on this planet. He will quote you a great price and stick with it even if he has to incur some additional costs. My entire family has been going to Happy Ending for years and the jobs he has done have always surpassed expectations! My current job on my 2019 Prius was outstanding. He made my car look like new after a collision with a traffic cone. Highly recommended!

My daughter recently bought a vehicle from Mark. He is an amazing man & so very honest. Whatever little thing we found that she needed done, he had no problem agreeing to take car of it. We are so happy to have met Mark @ Happy Ending. Thank you so much. We are so happy with the vehicle my daughter bought.

my sister had gotten into an accident and so we brought the car over to happy endings auto shop. insurance paid the guy and he took the entire summer to fix it. we would call and ask for an update, and he would say just need to do one more thing it should be ready in a few days... few days never came. he would literally tell us the car is almost done, so one day we decided to stop by and found the car still on the truck looking wrecked as we left it. finally got the car back but still needed to fix the wind shield, he said he would fix it (especially since insurance already paid him) but he won't return any calls nor even answer them. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone. horrible service, and constantly just lied the entire time. now I had to pay safelite auto glass repair to change the wind shield cause this guy won't. Just took the money and ran.
