Family and friends have worked with the Princess Jewelers Team on a variety of projects, and I somewhat recently had the pleasure of working very closely with Andrew and Skye on my (now) wife's engagement ring, my wedding band and my wife's 'stack.'From the onset, I was quite particular about what I wanted/wanted to see for the engagement ring. Andrew went out of his way to ensure that I had multiple options to review and choose from. After the first round of diamonds came in, I asked to see a few additional stones. Andrew made it happen, and he communicated with me clearly and regularly throughout every step. Skye was often available to jump in and help out, as well. Once I selected a stone, we finished the design process together, and shortly thereafter the ring was complete. It came out very nicely, and Sarah receives regular comments on it. The same is true for our wedding bands and Sarah's ring stack.I made an error with the inscription on Sarah's wedding band – Andrew took care of it without question and in a timely manner (so that we'd have the corrected version for our wedding day).
