Luke had a customer before me and he was very patient with a gentleman that he had an elderly man who didn't really know a lot about phones but luck Luke took the time and explained everything for him and did a great job. I was the next customer up and Luke took care of my needs right away but while I was there there was another gentleman who came in who was distraught about his phone and was a little angry with the phone and impatient but Luke kept his cool and was very reassuring to him and he did take care of his problem also so all in all my experience there was very easy but I did see him take care of both of those gentlemen and he was very good at it. He deserves a raise.”

“Needed a phone that day with minimal cost and the workers were so nice, understanding and communicative of possible deals and what would be the best course of action. I had anxiety about possibly spending too much or getting talked into a plan I didn't need, but they are so genuine and eager to help! Super refreshing to see, highly recommend!
