“Staff essentially dropped what they were doing to help me , as I was first the attendant made another customer of theirs on an unrelated business path was made to wait while my rental was attended to. Fair and well handled . When I noted I was in no particular hurry and I didn't mind if he wanted to take the phone call I was informed that he knew who it was and what they wanted and it was going to take a while and he didn't want me to have to wait. Just decent old-time customer service, likewise I was given priority when I returned the truck and it was immediately inspected and the transaction completed while I waited. I definitely recommend Radio Grove Hardware .”

Charles helped me navigate this new experience with ease and friendliness, and I was able to start putting things in storage immediately. Moving is a stressful experience, but at least this part went smoothly. Having easy access to items any time of the day or night (like searching for lost bills so you can get your internet up and running in the new space, ahhh!) is wonderful.
