The first rep Joe L was great! I went back to pick up my new phone when Joe wasn’t in and had to deal with a different Joe and he was awful. I felt like a burden the whole time as the moment I walked in the door he asked for me to come back the next day when the other rep would be back in as he was trying to get out at close. Didn’t help that the computer system was having issues before I showed up and crashed completely while trying to close out my transaction. The mumbling and whining coming from that rep the whole time blew my mind. He had beyond horrible customer service skills. Unless absolutely necessary I will not be returning to this location even though it is the most convenient location for me.

Went in with my mother due to her phone not accepting messages only to find out they said it was suspended due to non payment. Her Verizon app has her bank card on their for monthly payment withdrawals which I see on her bank. We were told the payments fluctuate and they might be more than 93 dollars, well if that's the case why wasn't it taken out and paid?
Instead suspended my mothers account went down and was told over 200 dollars need to be paid to turn it seriously ?

Horrible people to buy from they only care about lining their own pockets not out for the consumer only out for themselves either by directly from Verizon (611) or go to corporate I seen in the photos listed below one of their top salesman had taken it into their own matters to message me directly. Is this the type of person you want selling you a phone?

Ridiculous way to do business. We went in to buy a phone and were told they could not sell us one unless it was financed. One sales guy that was busy said he could make it happen with a few cents or dollars financed. The other told us the manager was not able to honor our request and kept asking to review our account. No thanks! Went to store and Stratham . In and out in less than 20 minutes with $1 a month financed I can pay off next month!

Liars or incompetent . Go in for the S24 deal and get a monthly price of about 88. After a day, I go back to purchase it. "oops, sorry" it's 105 a month...you can't use existing plan. " Then they make a show of calling somebody for a discount. Nope. It's 105.
A couple of days later I get the phone for 72 a month by buying it on the Verizon 611 line....they continued my current plan.
Buy the phone directly through Verizon.

I was talked into a more expensive device than I came in for. The salesman spoke very fast. Good salesman pitch for the job, I suppose. But, in the long run, it made me feel a little cheated.After discovering that I wasn't quite getting the deal I thought I was, and of course stupidly signing horribly printed paperwork (badly printed on purpose, I believe) I called Verizon directly to address the problem. It was then that I discovered that this store was literally charging me more than anywhere else for the device...and would charge me a restocking fee to return something I never even opened.I went to another store and purchased a cheaper device. I went back to this store to return the overpriced item and set up the one I got elsewhere.The saleman Samuel was very helpful and understanding during my return. He tried hard to help relieve me of the restocking fee, but he was stopped by higher-ups.That's a shame, since Samuel had just about turned around my unpleasant experience and almost kept me as a customer.I do not plan to go back now. Sorry Samuel!That's not your fault. It's the fault of the person who wouldn't do anything to help me out.Honestly, I wouldn't have even blamed the original salesman if it weren't for this store being so unwilling to make things right for me.I'd suggest going online or through Best Buy where you'll definitely get a better deal and someone won't make you feel like you're making a mistake buying anything but the most expensive item and then do nothing to make it right after you feel a bit swindled.

Needed a phone that day with minimal cost and the workers were so nice, understanding and communicative of possible deals and what would be the best course of action. I had anxiety about possibly spending too much or getting talked into a plan I didn't need, but they are so genuine and eager to help! Super refreshing to see, highly recommend! Samuel in particular was very helpful and sweet

Had to stop by the Verizon store today when my wife accidentally deleted teh Sim off her IPhone while trying to reset it due to camera issues. Matt was awesome he knew what was wrong immediately and had the phone fixed in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this Verizon location if you're in the area.
