“I don't know where these other people are coming from. We've banked with TD and Monika for over 20 years. I have always found her, and the staff at the bank in general, friendly and thoroughly professional, And when our accounts were put in possible jeopardy by an amazon scam, they jumped through every hoop immediately to make sure nothing bad happened. I do wish that "America's Most Convenient Bank" hadn't closed the two most convenient offices for us, but that has nothing to do with Monika and the staff at the branch we use now. They are all top notch.”

I manage a dunkins in peterborough and am always make change orders and they are never small but they are always great about it. After my back surgeries they have even helped me get the change to my car because it weighed more than i am allowed to pick up.”

Deposited a check said $100 was good to use on my ATM slip but it wasnt and when I called to ask why the customer service person was rude. Just opened the account but Im switching within a week of opening because the corporate people are rude.”

“This review is for the TD Bank on WEST ST in Keene. The Main ST branch is no longer there. The employees are wonderful. The inside of bank is clean and modern. They take precautions with Covid. If you are going to be out of the country, they can handle changing currency quickly. Outside there are 3 lines open for auto drive-up They have 2 ATM, a walk-up close to front door, under shelter and another one away from building (that you can drive-up that is away from traffic going in and out of bank) and drive-up bank service. This bank is open 7 days. Accounts are up to date, and rarely down for maintenance when I need it. Whats not to love? Very happy they are there!”
