was so easy! We just moved to area so weren’t to sure of zip code yet 🤣. I have used storage units before, always a plus when you have someone explain the breakdown easily and is patient as you are trying get all your new information especially when you are moving to a different state. Mary was so warm, patient with us and a friendly voice and personality in general. Thank you Mary! You better win ❤️!!

Access was easy though for a secure storage facility it should be better. The gate to the storage area was in the up position, anyone could drive in. The units are relatively new and clean. The access roads to the units are paved and wide enough.

I had some contractual questions and both times it was Andre who answered the phone. He was so polite, so patient and so knowledgeable. It’s evident you have a very professional organization. I really appreciate all of his help.

I was late on a payment but didn’t realize it. The staff at All Purpose Storage texted, emailed, and called me to let me know so that I could avoid a late fee. The company rep Andre was finally able to reach me (my bad for not answering my phone) and was very understanding and kind. I made my payment and was able to get back on track with the automated payment system. Thank you for your patience and customer support!

Couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received from Chinny. She was so helpful with my filling out paperwork on line—patient, too. I was getting so frustrated but she savored her cool and we got through it.
